Can I get some sample?
–Of course. We provide 1 or 2 types free samples for your testing. Please provide us with your Express account No so that we can send it out, otherwise we will charge the necessary shipping costs. It’s okay for our standard products, for customized and small MOQ products, we support paid sample only!
What is your minimum order quantity?
–Usually the MOQ for normal products is 100 pieces or 1 kg. For custom or special style, we will consult with you according to the actual situation. For customized order on products some less to 100pcs, and customized box MOQ 500pcs or 1000pcs.
Do you accept custom orders?
Absolutely, we provide one-stop gemstone customization service. Once we know your preferred gemstone, shape and size, we can then make a model for your reference.
If you have more detailed requirements, please provide us with as many details as possible and we will be happy to work on them in depth for you.
Also if you have budget, please let us know, we will evaluate for it.
How about the production time?
Usually 3~5 working days for sample order, 15-20 working days for bulk order.
We will evaluate the timing of custom orders on a case-by-case basis and let you know.
Do you have refund and return policy?
If you receive defective products, please notify us of the style and quantity within 10 days, and keep the relevant pictures and videos. We will refund or resend the replacement products for you in the next order.
What’s your payment type and payment method?
We currently support T/T, Wire transfer, Western Union, Alibaba trade assurance. Our payment method usually 50% deposit and 50% before shipping for new client. 30% deposit and 70% balance for reorder customer.
