The Canton Fair, also known as the China Import and Export Fair, is a trade fair held in the spring and autumn seasons each year since the spring of 1957 in Canton (Guangzhou), China. It is the oldest, largest, and most representative trade fair in China. Its full name since 2007 has been China Import and Export Fair, renamed from Chinese Export Commodities Fair. The fair is co-hosted by the Ministry of Commerce of China and the People’s Government of the Guangdong Province and organized by the China Foreign Trade Centre.
The fair boasts a wide range of products, including electronics, household appliances, vehicles, machinery, hardware & tools, building materials, lighting equipment, chemical products, energy resources, and many others. It has traditional enterprises from mainland China and international companies showcasing their latest products and innovations.
